Every monday I’ll put out a new workout and meal plan, being a participant you don’t have to use it! It’s fine if you stick with your own, especially if thats working for you. Every sunday please send me your start weight, current weight, and body fat percentage.  Go to http://www.freedieting.com/tools/body_fat_calculator.htm to calculate your body fat percentage (it’s a guess, to get the exact you need fat calipers…so just use the estimate).
