Plan for the next 7 weeks:
- no binging
- workout everyday (30+ minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of abs & legs)
- try doing the 30 day shred again
- drink lots of water!
- only weigh yourself on sunday mornings
- try going to the gym more instead of at home workouts
