Every monday I’ll put out a new workout and meal plan, being a participant you don’t have to use it! It’s fine if you stick with your own, especially if thats working for you. Every sunday please send me your start weight, current weight, and body fat percentage. Go to http://www.freedieting.com/tools/body_fat_calculator.htm to calculate your body fat percentage (it’s a guess, to get the exact you need fat calipers…so just use the estimate).

Step 1: Put on something that makes you feel good. Maybe it’s your favorite pair of sweatpants or maybe it’s that dress that makes you look skinny. Something that makes you look and feel good. Got it?
Step 2: Put on your favorite song, singer, band, album.
Step 3: Dance. Dance like a little kid, or like your at a rage, or like you don’t give two fucks. Just dance. Let it all go. Keep dancing until you feel happy again or at least satisfied for the moment :)
Step 4: Document it. Record it, take pictures of yourself, anything. Just document those happy memories. You don’t have to post them anywhere. They’re just for you. To look back on when you feel horrible and to see your beautiful smiling face. It’s guaranteed to make you feel better.

I try not to. It’s hard for me, because I truly believe I have binge eating disorder (BED). I’m really working on self control and not having binge days, cheat days, etc.
Although, once in awhile it’s good to have a small portion of your favorite food. I’m not saying every week. But maybe once a month. You can’t deprive yourself, because that will just lead you to cheat on your diet all the time! I’m working on this.
